• Chaga - A mushroom traditionally used in Nordic and Asian countries. Contains naturally occurring antioxidants and other bioactive compounds.
• Reishi Mushroom - Known as the "longevity mushroom," it is used in traditional cultures to maintain balance and vitality.
• Maitake - Valued for its natural content of polysaccharides and beta-glucans, it is traditionally used as part of a varied diet to support vitality.

When using our wooden spoon, the recommended daily dose is 1 and ½ teaspoons.

Take dissolved in a warm (up to 37°C) beverage - ideally in tea, water, or probiotic drinks such as kombucha or water kefir.

Dosage is flexible according to the body's needs:

• There are no restrictions for short-term use.

• With long-term use (more than a year), an occasional break is recommended:

• After 1 year of use, it is advisable to take a 1-2 week break.

• After 2 years of daily use, a break of 4 weeks may be required.
